HDV Tape
This is the miniDV tape but recorded with HDV format. You can play back on the Handycam video camera supporting HDV format.Please be careful these tapes cannot be played back by the DV videocamer, which is not supporting HDV format.
Which media should be selected
Blu-ray Disc (BD)
Blu-ray Disc is newly developed as the next generation of DVD, which can
record HD (High Definition) video. It can be palyed back with BD player
or PlayStation3, and HD display should be required for enjoying the HD
video. Please note that the DVD player cannot play back BD.
DVD
DVD is widely used for the distribution media and it can be played back by DVD Player or PlayStation 2 or 3. Please note that DVD is not the media for High Definition Video.
HD file for PC
This is the High Ddfinition(HD) video file recorded in the DVD. Please note it cannot be played back by DVD player. It should be played back by the DVD drive of Personal Computer(PC)
HD file for PlayStation3(PS3)
This is the High Ddfinition(HD) video file recorded in the DVD. Please note it cannot be played back by DVD player. It should be played back by PS3.
HDV Tape
This is the video tape recorded with HDV video format. It should be played back by the vedio camera supporting HDV format.
